		<description>I'm on the bean bandwagon with you!  I went through my online recipe file and found I have more bean soup recipes than expected: mostly lentil and split pea, but still.  I'll be posting once this crunch period is over.

I went on a tour of Bob's Red Mill a month ago and have not had the time to write about it.  They do ship in their grain and other foodstuff, but I very much consider them in the 'good companies' category, plus their operations are local.  That doesn't help with Dark Days, I know.</description>
