I *love* these black bean brownies! I've been making them for about a year now, and they are consistently delicious. I especially love them b/c I really shouldn't eat sugar or wheat, and that really cramps the dessert issue. But these brownies are a GREAT answer! They're delicious, they taste like a real dessert and not some wishy-washy semblance of a brownie. And there's no sugar or flour involved. Amazing. Also a fantastic option for those who are gluten-free. OMG!!!
