Just made homemade tortilla chips last night (with purchased local corn tortillas) - super easy and delicious! Erika - You and your sisters were adventurous bakers! My sisters and I used to bake soda bread all the time. I forgot how easy and delicious it is...Thanks for bringing back some memories and inspiring me to start baking bread again. Another easy and delicious bread (which I think is very similar to soda bread, but its been years since I've made it) is beer bread.... By the way when is the pot roast post coming?
